Level 1 - Breath Awareness: Hong Sau

You'll learn a balanced, focused, and inspired system and approach to meditation. There’s movement to release tension; music, affirmation, and visualization to calm and inspire; and breath awareness and mantra to concentrate the mind. Each step leads you toward complete stillness.

Level 2 - Breath Control: Pranayama
(Seattle & Bothell)
Designed for those with Level 1 or equivalent training, this class teaches key breath control techniques to experience the power of pranayama.
Level 3 - Spinal Awareness: Chakras
Designed for those with Level 1 or equivalent training, this workshop teaches chakra energization, visualization, and chanting exercises to awaken the subtle doorways to higher awareness.

Level 4 - Awaken to Superconsciousness
Graduates of the Meditation Level 1 classes will find this class central to increasing your understanding and inspiration, and deepening your experience and strengthening your meditation practice. Subjects include working with the 3 levels of consciousness; with energy and magnetism; with will, willingness and will power; using chanting for opening the heart; practicing even-mindedness and affirmation; and more., including lots of practice.
