Breathe deeply and relax into our new Friday night yoga class “Relax and Restore”.

In this class we will take the time to relax and unwind finding our own natural state of balance and begin to experience a greater sense of being in the world.

We will begin with the energization exercises developed by Paramahansa Yogananda moving into very gentle yoga postures and ending with a long deep relaxation  phase.  All levels of yoga experience are welcome.  Yoga props will be provided but please feel free to bring your own blanket and eye pillow for the relaxation phase.

This class is taught by Lorie Gail, certified Ananda yoga teacher.
